Product description

Tapo C425 is an outdoor bullet-type camera from the TP-Link Tapo series, which can save recordings to a memory card with a supported capacity of up to 512 GB or to the Tapo Care Cloud storage (subscription required). The maximum resolution of the camera is 2560 x 1440 px at 25/30fps (4MP) and thanks to the lens with a focal length of 2.1mm, it offers a wide field of view of 134° horizontally. In case of reduced visibility, the equipment includes an IR illuminator with a range of up to 15 m, and a built-in siren and light alarm deter uninvited visitors. The camera is also equipped with two-way audio if communication is needed. The camera is powered by a battery that lasts up to 300 days*. The battery life can be extended by using a Tapo solar panel. Due to IP66 protection, the camera is also suitable for outdoor use. The camera connects to the network via WiFi 802.11b/g/n.

* 300-day battery life is based on TP-Link laboratory tests with 230s of use per day. Increased usage of 360s per day reduces battery life to 180 days. Actual battery life may vary due to device settings, router specifications, usage, and environmental factors.
