Return of goods

Product purchased through our e-shop does not meet your expectation. If you purchased the goods as an end user (no VAT number), you can return the goods stating no reason within 14 days from the delivery date according to law. This rule applies for goods you picked up in the shop personally. There are two ways of returning the goods:

In-shop return

You can bring returning goods to any shop with the bill of purchase. We will check the product, create termination of the Contract of sale within 14 days and ensure refund.

Returning goods through the shipping company

If you can not find our shop in your area, you can return the goods through any shipping service, in which case follow these steps:

1. Fill and print form for withdrawal of purchase contract.
2. Return the goods in the original condition, in which case we give you a full refund.
3. Pack the goods properly to prevent any shipping damage. The best way is to use the original package. Do not forget to attache signed termination of the Contract of sale.
4. Send the goods to the RMA department:
