Product description
LtAP LR8 LTE kit (2024) equipped with a new LTE modem is a compact and robust wireless access point with support for LTE Cat6, LoRa network, LAN, GPS, USB and serial port for debugging. The perfect device for noisy urban environments as well as isolated installations. A 2.4 GHz wireless connection with a modulation speed up to 300Mbps will provide sufficiently fast access to the LTE network for your mobile devices. You can connect fixed devices via the Gigabit Ethernet port. On the LTE network, you can achieve speeds up to 300 / 50 Mbps (download / upload). LtAP offers 3 power options with a voltage of 12 to 30 V DC - DC jack, PoE and a 4-pin automotive connector suitable for connection, for example, in a vehicle.

LoRa network support
The unit uses the last free miniPCIe slot for a LoRa modem that supports frequencies 863 - 870MHz and is a complete out-of-the-box solution for use as a gateway to a LoRaWAN network. The device includes a pre-installed R11e-LoRa8 module for forwarding UDP packets to any public or private LoRa server.
